Project Coordinator

Part Time 25 hours per week £23836-26317 (pro rata)

 

The Catalyst Project is a specialist service that provides support to the most vulnerable women in Hambleton and Richmondshire districts of North Yorkshire.

The Project Coordinator will manage and deliver the project, providing a pathway of support services including the provision of life coaching sessions, coordinating volunteer peer mentoring and facilitating support groups.

You should be self-directed but able to follow instructions working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will be an excellent communicator, competent in the use of ICT and keen to continue to develop skills, knowledge and experience to improve the quality of services delivered. The ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends is essential. An enhanced DBS check and two references will also be required.

Apprentice Business Administrator

32-37hours per week,  £3.90 per hour

The Apprentice Business Administrator will support The Clock and Thirsk Community Care’s staff team in the delivery of its services and in to support its members with all aspects of ICT.

We require an enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and start a career within two vibrant charities. Applicants should have some experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel, good organisational skills and a timely manner.

  • Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Answer queries by email and telephone
  • Store and retrieve electronic information
  • Assist with course administration
  • Provide support to staff
  • General office duties and administrative

The ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends is essential. An enhanced DBS check and two references will also be required.

Thirsk Community Care & The Clock

Independent charities delivering a wide range of services to children, young people and adults. The Trustees of both organisations are working together to identify the best way of providing services for local people. All aspects of both charities have been scrutinised and it has been agreed to work towards forming one charity. Everyone involved believes that this new way of working is extremely exciting and feel that there is the potential to develop new and existing services.
